No, each email address can only be linked to one MarriageChime account. If you’ve already used an email for registration—whether it’s through direct sign-up, Facebook, or Google—you won’t be able to create another account with that email.

5. What’s the difference between duration-based membership and Marriage Consultancy Services?
With a duration-based membership, you’ll have access to the website for your chosen membership period. You’ll manage everything independently; updating your profile, searching for candidates, reaching out, and following up. This is a self-service option, and Admin won’t intervene.

In contrast, the Marriage Consultancy Service (Premium Membership) assigns you an experienced Marriage Consultant who will guide you through the process. They’ll update your profile based on your input, find and suggest suitable candidates, initiate communication with interested matches, and provide ongoing support. However, the final decision is entirely yours, and the consultant is not responsible for any outcomes. For more details, please review our Terms and Conditions.

6. Can I change my membership package?
Yes, you can upgrade from a duration-based membership to Marriage Consultancy Services by purchasing the relevant package. Please note that we don’t offer refunds for previous memberships.

No, we can’t guarantee a match or marriage. We believe finding a life partner is ultimately an act of God. However, we’re here to facilitate the process with our best efforts and support.

9. Do I need to fill in all the information when updating my profile?
Not all fields are mandatory. The required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*), and you’ll need to fill those in. That said, we recommend providing as much information as possible—it helps improve your chances of finding a better match and getting more accurate search results.

10. I have multiple degrees and work experiences. How can I add more?
It’s simple! Just click the plus (+) icon at the top right corner of the relevant section, and you can add as many entries as needed.

11. I don’t want everyone to see my details. Can I skip updating my profile and still search for candidates?
Your profile is private by default. Only you and the Admins can see your information unless you grant access to another member. However, without updating your profile, you won’t be able to search for candidates or see other members’ profiles.

12. If I can’t see other members’ profiles, how can I search for candidates?
When you search using different criteria, a summary table will appear showing basic information about potential matches—without revealing their names. If someone catches your interest, you can send them a message by clicking the contact icon and requesting access to their profile. Once they approve, you’ll be able to view their full profile.

13. I’m not comfortable sharing my pictures or contact details. What can I do?
No worries! You can choose to keep your pictures and contact details private. Just untick the box next to "Picture" or "Contact Details" in your profile settings, and this information won’t be visible to others.

14. Can Admins see our full profile and message communications?
Yes, Admins have access to your profile and can review message communications if necessary. If a message or communication is reported, Admins will investigate and take appropriate action if needed.

15. I’m receiving too many unwanted requests or messages. What can I do?
You have options! You can ignore or block any member you’re not interested in. If a message is inappropriate or concerning, you can report it to the Admins, who will review it and take action if required.

16. Can I or an Admin terminate my membership if necessary?
Yes, you can terminate your membership at any time if you wish. Similarly, Admins have the authority to terminate memberships for disciplinary reasons. For more details, please refer to the MarriageChime Terms and Conditions.

17. Can I get a refund if my membership is terminated by me or the Admin?
Unfortunately, no refunds are available in either case. For more details, please refer to the MarriageChime Terms and Conditions.

18. I forgot to renew my membership. Will my profile data still be available if I renew later?
Yes! MarriageChime stores your profile data offline for 30 days as an inactive member. If you renew your membership within this period, your data will be restored automatically, so you won’t need to update your profile again.

19. How does the search option work? I’m not finding the right matches.
The search feature allows you to set criteria to find your ideal matches. Some categories even let you select multiple options for added flexibility. If your criteria are too specific, the results may be limited. We suggest keeping your options open wherever possible. If you don’t select any categories, the search will include all available options. Also, new members join every day, so searching regularly can yield better results.

20. I found multiple candidates with similar names. How can I tell them apart?
Each member has a unique, auto-generated ID. You can use this membership ID to distinguish between candidates.

21. I’ve messaged interested candidates, but I’m not getting any responses. What’s wrong?
There could be several reasons. The candidate might not be interested, may have saved your profile in their shortlist to respond later, or could simply be taking time to review your details. Patience is key!
