1. Do I need to register to use MarriageChime webpage?
Answer: Yes, please register using any valid email address and a verification email will be sent. Then you will be able to login.
2. Can I use the same email ID to create another MarriageChime
Answer: No. One email address can be used for just one MarriageChime account. You can’t create additional MarriageChime account using Facebook or Google if the Facebook login email or Gmail
has already been used for another MarriageChime account.
3. I have registered, however not able update my profile or search candidates. What I need to do?
Answer: You need to purchase a membership package to be able to navigate and update your profile.
4. What are the membership packages and how can I purchase?
Answer: MarriageChime offers duration-based membership packages for one (01) month, three (03) months or six 06) months. In addition to that MarriageChime also offers Marriage Consultancy Services (Premium Membership) for you to assist the journey finding candidate. To know more details please contact through “Contact Us” option from the webpage at the top right corner or drop a Whatsapp message at Helpline +8801817740002. Our Admin will response within 24 hours.
5. What is the difference between duration-based membership and Marriage Consultancy Services?
Answer: In duration-based membership you will be given access to the webpage based on your selected membership duration. You will need to update your profile, search candidates, contact and follow up which is a self-service option. No Admin will get involve in between.
On the other hand, for Marriage Consultancy Service (Premium Membership) an experience Marriage Consultant will assigned to assist who will update your profile by collecting information from you, search and propose your preferred candidates, setup initial communication with interested candidates, guide you though out the journey. However, the decision on selecting candidates still lies on the member and the consultant will not be liable for any consequences. 6. Can I change my membership package?
Answer: You can change from duration-based membership to Marriage Consultancy Services by purchasing as per package designed. However, there is no option for money refund.
7. May I talk to Admin directly?
Answer: It is recommended to use “Contact Us” option at the top right corner of the webpage or drop a Whatsapp message at Helpline +8801817740002. An Admin will response or reach out to you with 24 hours at your preferred time frame.
Answer: MarriageChime do not guarantee any match or marriage as we believe this is an act of God, we only facilitate the process with our best effort.
9. While updating profile I see there are lots of information asked to be filled in. Do I need to update all information?
Answer: There are fields which are mandatory to fill-in marked as red asterisk (*) as prefix. Other fields are optional for you to update. However, it is recommended to update maximum possible information to have a better match and search result.
10. I have multiple degrees and work experience. How do I add more?
Answer: There is a plus (+) icon at the right top corner. Please click and add as many as required.
11. There are lots of information and I do not want everyone to see my details. Can I avoid updating my profile and only do the search?
Answer: Your profile information will only be visible to you and Admins, unless you provide access to another member. Similarly, you will not be able to see other member’s profile. Without updating your profile, you will not be able to search for candidates.
12. If I cannot see other members profile, how will I search my candidates?
Answer: When as a member you will search options using multiple combinations a summary table will pop up with very basic information without disclosing the name. Then you will need to send message by clicking contact icon and ask for profile access. Once he/she approves then only you be able to see the interested candidate’s profile.
13. I am not comfortable to share my pictures and contact details. What can I do?
Answer: You will have an option to untick the box beside picture and Contact details title. Then your picture and contact details will not be visible to others.
14. Can Admin see our full profile and message communication?
Answer: Yes, Admin will have visibility to your profile. If any member report to any Message/communication Admin will have right to validate and take disciplinary action.
15. I receive too many unwanted request or messages. What can I do?
Answer: You can ignore or block any member you are not interested. You can even report a message for a reasonable cause for Admin to validate.
16. Can I or Admin terminate my membership if necessary?
Answer: At any time, a member has right to terminate his/her own membership. On the other hand, Admin has right to terminate any membership on disciplinary grounds. For details, please read through MarriageChime Terms and Conditions.
17. Can I get my money refund if either Admin or self-membership termination?
Answer: In any case money will not be refunded. For details, please go through MarriageChime Termes & Conditions.
18. I forgot to renew my membership. Will my profile data available if I renew my membership again?
Answer: MarriageChime will store your data for 30 days offline as inactive member. If you renew your membership within 30 days you will not need to update your profile, the system will retrieve the data automatically.
19. How the search option works? I am not getting the right match. What can be done?
Answer: At search option you can set the criteria how would you like to search. Some categories will have multiple options to add for your convenience. If your search options are too strict the search may result very lean. We recommend you keep option a wide open wherever you can. In case if you do not select any category, the search will consider all available options. In addition to that we have members joining everyday and regular search will have better result.
20. I had multiple interested candidates with similar name. How do I differentiate?
Answer: Each member will have an auto generated unique ID. Please refer to the membership ID.
21. I am not getting the response from the interested candidates that I have sent messages. Is there anything wrong?
Answer: It could be the member is not interested on your profile, kept in shortlist to response or taking time to go through the details.
22. What is the difference between info@marriagechime.com and support@marriagechime.com email addresses?
