Return and Refund Policy

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases made to MarriageChime are final, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.

1. Scope of this Policy.
   This Return and Refund Policy applies to all fees, charges, and payments made for any MarriageChime service, including (without limitation) memberships, consultancy services, profile activation, upgrades, add-ons, and any other product offered under the MarriageChime brand.
2. No Refunds After Payment.
   Once a payment is successfully processed:
   • You acquire access to a service, not a guaranteed result (such as a marriage, engagement, or match); and
   • You expressly agree that the corresponding amount is strictly non-refundable and non-reversible, regardless of jurisdiction, except where a refund is mandatory by law.
3. No Refund for Dissatisfaction or Non-Usage.
   MarriageChime does not provide any refund, credit, or partial refund for:
   • change of mind or change of personal circumstances;
   • dissatisfaction with number, compatibility, or suitability of matches;
   • delay, interruption, or non-usage of services; or
   • any reason not expressly required by consumer protection law.
4. Statutory Consumer Rights.
   If any mandatory consumer protection law requires a refund in specific circumstances, MarriageChime will comply. In such cases, MarriageChime’s total liability is strictly limited to the amount actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
   
   Nothing in this policy removes any non-waivable legal rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes.
   For authorized and valid payments, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes solely to bypass this policy. If an unjustified dispute is initiated, MarriageChime may:
   • suspend or terminate your account; and
   • seek recovery of reversals, chargeback fees, and associated costs to the full extent allowed by law.
   This does not affect your right to dispute unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
6. Pre-Purchase Responsibility.
   Before making any payment, you should:
   • review the service description, limitations, and duration; and
   • ask MarriageChime for clarification if needed.
   Completing a payment confirms that you:
   • understand and accept this strict No-Refund Policy; and
   • agree to the non-refundable nature of the service, subject only to mandatory legal protections.
