Priority Connect হলো MarriageChime-এর একটি বিশেষ communication coordination service, যা তৈরি করা হয়েছে তাদের জন্য যারা বাস্তবিক অর্থে বিয়ের বিষয়ে সিরিয়াস এবং endless waiting, confusion ও unserious communication এড়িয়ে আরও structured ও focused উপায়ে আগাতে চান।

Priority Connect fee একটি communication coordination and processing fee. Payment করার পর আমাদের টিম আপনার request priority pipeline-এ নিয়ে কাজ শুরু করে। তাই payment সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর fee refundable নয়।
- দুই পক্ষের mutual interest থাকলে আমাদের টিম যোগাযোগ সমন্বয়ের চেষ্টা করবে।
- এই fee marriage guarantee, proposal acceptance guarantee, বা final outcome guarantee নয়।
- অন্য পক্ষ call receive না করলে, response delay করলে, বা পরে মত পরিবর্তন করলে MarriageChime refund দিতে বাধ্য নয়।
- Group call বা communication channel তৈরি হলে service commitment fulfilled বলে গণ্য হতে পারে।
- Payer unavailable থাকলে, ভুল তথ্য দিলে, বা response না দিলে MarriageChime দায়ী থাকবে না।
- MarriageChime চাইলে discretion অনুযায়ী অন্য profile-এর জন্য replacement connect দিতে পারে, তবে এটি বাধ্যতামূলক নয়।
